Dear colleagues,

This is to inform you that the Third World Congress of Plastic Surgeons of Chinese Descent will take place in Xian in October this year. The Society has received from Professor Pu, Professor of Surgery, UC Davis Medical Center, that the organizing committee has just announced its call for abstract submission. This time the Annals of Plastic Surgery will be publishing a special issue that is fully dedicated to this very congress. I would urge all members to submit your work as well as to come to the congress to show your support.
